Terms of service
General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope and supplier
These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed by consumers through the online store at www.ionicstreetwear.com.
The supplier and contracting party is IONIC – Tyler David Pratt, owner Tyler David Pratt, Bruchsaler Straße 24 F, 76694 Forst, Germany. Email: studio@ionicstreetwear.com; telephone: +49 172 9964265.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Before submitting the order, you can review and correct your entries. By activating the final button that is clearly labelled as creating a payment obligation, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.
The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by dispatching the goods.
3. Prices and payment
All prices shown in the store are total prices. Any additional shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed. The payment methods offered at checkout are available. The purchase price is due when the contract is concluded.
4. Delivery
Delivery areas, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are set out in the Shipping Policy and in the information shown at checkout. Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for you; no additional shipping costs will be charged as a result.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our cancellation instructions and Refund Policy.
7. Liability for defects
Statutory warranty rights apply. Please report incorrect, damaged, or defective goods to studio@ionicstreetwear.com.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. In all other respects, the statutory liability rules apply.
9. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence.
10. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
