When tracking is available for your shipment, its details will be sent by email after dispatch.
Returns & exchanges
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving a reason. Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, then send the items back within 14 days of that notice. You pay the direct return shipping costs for an ordinary withdrawal.
Need a different size or item? Return your purchase under our withdrawal policy and place a new order. Direct exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
