Within Germany, tracked shipping is €5.99 for orders below €60 and free from €60. Estimated total delivery is 9–14 days from the date of your order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. The shipping cost shown at checkout is decisive.

We’ll email your tracking information once your shipment is on its way and tracking is available. One order can arrive in more than one package.

Every product page has its own size guide. Compare the measurements with a garment you already like the fit of before ordering.

Send your order number and request to us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled until they are fulfilled. Once processing or shipping has begun, an address change cannot be guaranteed.

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Direct exchanges cannot be guaranteed; the usual route is a return followed by a new order. Read the full return policy
