Cancellation instructions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

You may also submit your withdrawal electronically through the order page in your customer account: Open customer account and orders. After submitting the request, you will receive confirmation by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to the following address:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods in the case of an ordinary withdrawal.

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods only if that loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective goods

If you receive an incorrect item or the goods are damaged or defective, please email studio@ionicstreetwear.com and include your order number and clear photographs. For justified complaints, IONIC will cover the necessary return shipping costs. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Exchanges

A direct exchange cannot be guaranteed. If you need a different size or item, you may return the goods received under the rules above and place a new order.
